How to Organize Your Kids’ Dishes and Avoid Sippy-Cup-Related Injuries

Written by Jessi McAlpine

Are you buried in bottles? Surrounded by sippy-cups? Is your kitchen packed with plates of the toddler variety? Yeah, me too.

It’s like a plastic tableware avalanche every time I open my cupboards. Are everyone’s cupboards like this? How do I get it under control? I decided it was time to get organized so I took to Pinterest for some ideas and decided to make my toddler his very own kids drawer in my kitchen. Then I got in touch with our friends at Solutions, because I thought, if anybody knows the answer to my problem here … it’s Solutions.

I cleared out my bottom drawer and used some handy drawer dividers to make a place for all of my toddler’s bowls, plates, cups, cutlery and water bottles. It feels so good to open my upper cabinet and not have to duck and cover if I want to get something out. But the best part is that my toddler can now get to his own stuff — so when he only wants to drink from the GREEN cup, I don’t have to search for it.
